Born in Venecia, Colombia, Gregory has had a life time experience as an aviation entrepreneur. In the 1960's he worked in Sam Airlines Colombia, then in the early 1970's he was a co-founder of ACES Airlines Colombia. Gregory has been involved in areas such as buying/selling aircraft, parts logistics, repair management, and is an advisor to several airlines in Latin America.

On weekends you'll find Gregory enjoying boating, swimming, and gardening. Gregory has been married for over 40 years to his wife Lucy, and has one son and one daughter.
